The location of this hotel is truly ideal, with the beach just 2 minutes away. In addition, Azimut Beach is located in front of the hotel, transforming into a lively club and bar by night and a relaxing restaurant by day. Also on the top floor of the hotel is the Zen Sushi restaurant, offering a terrace on the 11th floor where you can enjoy a romantic dinner while admiring the spectacular view of the sea and the sunset. Also on the 11th floor is one of the pools with a spectacular view. An unforgettable experience that perfectly complements the relaxed and lively atmosphere of this destination.

Together with my family, we enjoyed a 6-night stay at this hotel in a 2-room apartment. The rooms are generous in space and fully equipped, offering everything necessary for our comfort. The quality-price ratio is excellent. We had the privilege of admiring the view of the beach from our rooms. The only less-than-perfect aspect was the firmness and height of the cushions, which didn't completely match our preferences, but otherwise everything was impeccable. Our favourite was Zen Sushi restaurant. A truly enjoyable and relaxing experience that we will definitely repeat in the future.

In the front of Stefan Building Resort is the Azimuth Beach Longe, which I have rarely experienced. The combination of excellent cuisine, great service and exceptional, tasteful interiors and very high-quality furnishings invite you to linger and feel good. You can see that the owner is very attentive to detail and maintains high standards.This experience left a lasting impression, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I was extremely pleased with the excellent location of this resort. Located in an area with easy access to restaurants, terraces, shops and beaches, you really feel in the middle of holiday life. In addition, the complex offers a swimming pool and outdoor parking, which adds extra comfort and convenience. The rooms were impeccable, fully equipped, giving me everything I needed in a studio apartment. But the most impressive aspect was the fact that in front of the complex is Azimuth Beach and Lounge, undoubtedly the most charming place in Mamaia Nord in 2023. An unforgettable experience that I will definitely want to repeat.

Absolutely extraordinary! It was a real paradise, which is why I decided to extend my holiday...and this right in the middle of winter! Such a special and memorable experience that it felt like time was losing its meaning in such a beautiful and comforting setting. The magical atmosphere and impeccable service made me feel like I was in a dream, and the decision to stay longer was one of the best I made. Even in the cold season, this fairytale place continues to offer warmth and joy. Definitely a place that I will always love and return to whenever I need an escape from my daily routine.

We were very pleased with your service. Very nice everything, delicious food, very friendly staff, beach close by, ideal for families with children. Don't take the negative reviews for granted, the rooms are clean, towels are changed daily, coffee is put in the room daily, the works nearby don't bother you because you don't hear them, at the restaurants you can choose different dishes, the pool is clean, the hallways are clean, there are other accommodations at the same price where the rooms are very small and at a distance from the beach. Sun lounger (4 pieces) +4 chairs and a table with umbrella costs 200 lei on weekends and from Monday 100 lei at kazeboo beach which is next to the beach of the hotel building stefan.

Impeccably clean and equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. With a great view of the sea from the balcony, we had the privilege of admiring the surrounding beauty every morning, which was simply magical. The beach, with its fine sand and smooth entry into the crystal clear water, was a true oasis of relaxation. This unforgettable experience pampered us in a very special way and gave us absolute peace and well-being.
